Chambber partners with trusted logistics providers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your electronics, appliances, and spare parts across India.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Processing occurs Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
2. Delivery areas
We currently deliver to all major cities, towns, and serviceable PIN codes across India. If your PIN code is unserviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and refund your order.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on courier partner routing, destination serviceability, weather conditions, and public holidays. Based on our standard shipping experience, most orders are delivered within:
Nearby Eastern & North-Eastern regions: 3–6 working days
Metro cities and major urban locations: 4–8 working days
Tier 2, Tier 3 and other serviceable regions across India: 5–12 working days
Please note that these are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to local disruptions, public holidays, extreme weather, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges & COD
Orders of ₹299 or above qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders below ₹299 are subject to a flat ₹49 standard shipping charge.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select serviceable PIN codes and carries an additional ₹19 COD handling fee.
Additional shipping charges, if any for oversized or special-handling products, are always shown at checkout before order confirmation.
Certain high-value electronics may be restricted to prepaid orders only.
5. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or in your given whatsapp number and email. You can use this link to track the live status of your shipment.
6. Delivery attempts & RTO
Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 attempts to deliver your order.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address with a valid phone number.
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or doorstep refusal, the package will be Returned to Origin (RTO).
For prepaid RTO orders due to customer negligence, actual forward and return shipping charges may be deducted from the final refund.
7. Damaged or tampered deliveries
For the safety of your electronics and spare parts, do NOT accept a package if the outer box is visibly crushed, torn, or the Chambber security seal is tampered with.
Refuse the delivery and immediately contact us at support@chambber.com.
If you accept a package that looks fine on the outside, you MUST record an uncut unboxing video as per our Refund Policy to claim any transit damage or missing items inside.
