1. Orders & Tracking
How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also log in to your Chambber account, go to "My Orders," and click on the tracking link for real-time updates.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Orders can be canceled or modified only before they are dispatched. Please contact our support team immediately via [WhatsApp/Email] with your Order ID to request a change.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver? We deliver pan-India across all major pin codes.
How long will it take to receive my order? Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Are there any shipping charges? Orders below ₹299 are charged a flat ₹49 shipping fee. Orders of ₹299 or above get free standard shipping.
