We understand that situations may arise where you wish to cancel or modify your order. This policy outlines the guidelines for cancellations and replacements.
1. Order cancellation
You may cancel an order within:

1 hour after placing the order, OR
•
Before the order has been processed and shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before shipping, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2. Replacement requests
You may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery if:
•
The product delivered is completely incorrect.
•
The item is physically damaged during transit.
•
Major accessories are missing from the package.
Please note: For electronics, mobiles, and appliances, manufacturing defects reported after 7 days are generally covered under the brand's warranty and must be taken to the brand's authorized service center.
3. The Unboxing Video Requirement
To protect against fraudulent claims, an uncut unboxing video is strictly mandatory. Claims for transit damage, missing items, or receiving the wrong product will not be processed without valid video proof showing the sealed package being opened.
4. Situations where replacement is not allowed
•
Requests raised after the specified 48-hour window.
•
Products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling, improper installation, or electrical surges.
•
Electronic spare parts that have been installed, soldered, or tampered with.
•
Items returned without their original packaging, price tags, labels, manuals, and freebies.
5. How to request
To cancel or request a replacement, email us at support@chambber.com with:
•
A clear description of the issue
•
The mandatory uncut unboxing video and clear photos of the product and shipping label
Replacements depend on stock availability. If a replacement for a valid claim is not available, we will issue a full refund.
6. EMI & Financing — Special Cancellation Terms
If you placed an order using an Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI) plan or a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) / Pay Later facility, the following additional terms apply:
•
You may cancel such an order before it has been shipped, in the same way as any other prepaid order.
•
Upon cancellation, Chambber will initiate a full refund of the principal order amount to the original payment source (your credit/debit card or Pay Later account) via our payment gateway within 5–7 business days.
•
Your bank or lending partner is responsible for closing the associated EMI plan or loan after receiving the refund. This process may take an additional 3–10 business days beyond the gateway refund timeline.
•
Any EMI interest, processing fees, or pre-closure charges already billed by your bank or lending partner are governed solely by your agreement with them. Chambber refunds only the principal amount charged at checkout and is not liable for any interest or fees levied by your financial institution.
•
We strongly recommend checking your bank or lending account statement after receiving the cancellation confirmation to verify that the EMI or loan plan has been properly closed by your institution. If any charges persist, please contact your bank or lending partner directly with the Chambber order cancellation confirmation as proof.
•
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled regardless of the payment method. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
