Products are fulfilled either from our own warehouse (CBR Fulfilled) or directly by brand-authorised partners (Brand Fulfilled), and every order is packed and dispatched through trusted logistics partners. Because we own each listing, there is never a question of who is responsible when something goes wrong — it is always us.
